Responsibilities:
* Strategize, plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
* Build and maintain relationship with customers.
* Present appropriate information to the potential tenant and assist them when problems arise
* Deliver marketing program and support marketing request
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in marketing or equivalent
* Prior experience in marketing and public relations desired, with at least 1 years working experience in Marketing
* Good planning and organizational skill
* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Must be a strong team player but able to work independently
* Computer literate and especially in Microsoft Office Application
